The SQIFF 2026 programme is now LIVE!
We’re back for our 11th festival in Glasgow at the GFT and The Art School from 19th – 24th October 2026.
SQIFF 2026 continues to showcase the very best LGBTQIA+ filmmakers and stories from Scotland and across the world. This year’s euphoric programme embraces experimentation, rebellion, and creating its own mythology. The programme features over 100 films and 27 curated events, including performances, poetry, panels and more!

The SQIFF 2026 artwork is by Christian Noelle Charles, an interdisciplinary artist working between New York and Glasgow, and modelled by Medea. Look forward to a range of very special merch, from the classic yearly SQIFF tshirt to stickers, badges, some embroidered goodies and, for the very first time – a limited edition print based on the festival artwork.
