We’re looking to hire two freelance Access Support Workers for this year’s Festival to help audiences with general mobility and access throughout the festival and events.
The role may include things like helping people to get to their seats, go through the ticketing process, opening and closing doors, accessing drinks at the bar, operating the lift, and any other access support that enables audiences to be included at the festival.
You will not be responsible for any physical support such as lifting or personal care/emergency support.
We are looking to hire people from the LGBTQIA+ community. You should be available Wednesday 6th to Sunday 10th October from 5pm on the Wednesday to Friday and all day on the Saturday and Sunday. Rate of pay is £15 per hour with around 30-40 hours available for each person.
If you’re interested in the role, please email [email protected] to have chat about what’s involved. Some previous experience in a similar role is preferred but training will be provided.
