Luke+Jack present: Unicorns’ Den Film Pitch
October 5, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Free – £8We are delighted to present SQIFF’s first film pitching session supported by Glasgow’s queer-friendly erotic boutique, Luke+Jack. We invite filmmakers to enter the Unicorns’ Den and pitch their short film project on the theme of Queer Desire. The winner – adjudicated by our panel of top Unicorns alongside an audience vote – will receive £500 and mentorship from the SQIFF team to bring into being the winning film idea. The resulting movie will be screened at next year’s Festival. The Rules of the Den are: films pitched should be no longer than ten minutes and may be of any style as long as they meet the theme, which is open to interpretation. Each participant will deliver a five minute pitch followed by questions from our judges and the audience.
Tickets are priced on a sliding scale £0-£8 depending on what you can afford. To book, please use the button below or call CCA box office on +44 (0)141 352 4900.
