DESCRIPTION:Where are all the butches? What portrayals of lesbianism are acceptable and who is erased? Tender\, funny\, and thought-provoking\, Gender Troubles: The Butches explores these questions through a series of interviews and testimonials with butch-identifying women\, looking at the strange dichotomy of being both hypervisible in everyday life and invisible when it comes to media representation.
