DESCRIPTION:🔊 Listen to this Event Page\n        \n     \nEver watched a film festival trailer and thought “I bet that’s fun to make”? You’d be right and now’s your chance to join in the fun! \nThis month’s Queer Filmmakers Group will include a walk down memory lane with a screening of previous SQIFF festival trailers and a discussion about trailer making. Part of the session will be oriented towards developing the SQIFF24 trailer together\, so come help us plan the production of the one-minute film that will open SQIFF events this autumn! \nScreening running time: 8 minutes. \nThe SQIFF Queer Filmmakers Group is an initiative to bring local queer filmmakers together for monthly two-hour group sessions to network and support each other in the development of film projects. We aim to grow the group to become a collective of queer filmmakers in Glasgow. \nThe group is open for any level of filmmaking or film supporting arts (acting\, prop making\, music and sound design…) and we really encourage people just starting out in these mediums to come along. \nSession (11/12) \nSupported by the National Lottery Community Fund. \nTickets are FREE.
