Vacancy: Social Media Assistant

Social Media Assistant
Deadline: Monday 19th November at 5pm British time
Part-time, temporary contract / Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th December
Fee: £300

We are looking for someone experienced in using social media including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram with ideas on how to produce some exciting online content for SQIFF 2018. You don’t need any formal experience but must be confident in this area and able to communicate well with fellow team members.

The post is freelance and part-time with 30 hours to be worked across the 5 days of the Festival. Distribution of hours is flexible and will be worked out with the Press & Marketing Coordinator. Evening and weekend work will be required during the Festival.

It is essential that the person we employ is on board with SQIFF’s commitment to equality and improving accessibility to the arts. Understanding and lived experience of LGBTQ+ and/or other marginalised identities would be an advantage.
